The Amphitheatre at Bluebird Farm Park
I think a great way to start is for churches to have their musicians play on a Sunday at the Bluebird Amphitheatre. We have plenty of room for family/household groups to find a spot on the hill. The restaurant would be open with a limited menu, burgers, brats, dogs and maybe some awesome church lady quiche using Joyce's recipe. Still waiting for permission to exercise first amendment rights for musicians to play at the Bluebird Farm Park Summer Concert Series though. Please let me know what everyone thinks.

The Carroll County Park District urges visitors to do their part when visiting a park and to follow CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of infectious diseases by maintaining a safe distance between yourself and other groups; washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze; and most importantly, staying home if you feel sick.

For high-risk populations, such as the elderly and people with underlying conditions, we ask that they take extra caution and follow CDC guidelines for those at higher risk of serious illness.
